QR receiving
Receiving by QR. No app, no account.
Subcontractors, foremen and storekeepers install nothing and remember no passwords. A label on the load and the camera in their pocket is the whole setup.
An ordinary phone camera. Every package carries a QR label printed when the delivery was created.
A plain web page shows what was expected. The receiver marks each line: received, missing or damaged.
The photo attaches to that exact package and stays in the delivery card next to the delivery note.
AI buyer
AI reads the documents and finds the prices
Ask about materials and the assistant finds prices with the sources it used, and answers questions about your own deliveries. Attach a photo of a delivery note and the delivery form fills itself in.

Quote comparison
Drop in two quotes, see where the money is
Upload supplier quotes as they came in: PDF or a phone photo. AI lines the items up, highlights the better price on each row and works out the saving, including the split order.

| Rebar B500B 12 mm, per t | 612 | 628 |
| Tying wire, per kg | 2.10 | 1.85 |

SteelLine is cheaper overall by $600 (1.9%). Buy the tying wire from MetalDirect and you save another $125.
One chain
From a request on site to the goods received note
Four steps with no phone calls and no paper. Every step is recorded: who, what and when.
The foreman asks for materials from a phone in two minutes. Procurement sees it straight away.
The request becomes a delivery: line items carry over, QR labels print.
At the gate the label is scanned and each line is marked, with a photo where it matters.
The goods received note prints itself and the line items go to your accounting system in one file.
What else it does
The whole loop, from request to payment
Delivery note from a photo
AI reads line items, quantities and units from a photo or a PDF, phone snapshots included. The file attaches itself to the delivery.
Overdue items chase themselves
Reminders go out by email and push, and escalate to the director if nobody reacts. At night they queue up and arrive as one morning list.
Reports and exports
A summary for the director, week-by-week trends, on-time delivery share, the daily digest, CSV and exports for QuickBooks, Xero, Sage and DATEV.
No paying the same invoice twice
The invoice register stops a duplicate by number, amount or file. An invoice for goods that were never received is flagged, and paying it is a separate, logged decision.
Structured e-invoices
Factur-X, ZUGFeRD, UBL and Peppol files are read as data, with no scanning and no recognition errors. Everything else arrives as a photo and goes through AI.
History and audit log
Every action is recorded: who received it, when, and with what discrepancy. A shortage argument takes a minute instead of a week.
Requests from site
No estimate and no training needed: site, items, date. Procurement turns the request into a delivery with one button.
Site budgets
Delivery values against the site budget: ordered, received, remaining. The overspend shows up before the payment, not in the quarterly report.
Team chat with AI in it
Direct messages and a chat per site, voice notes transcribed to text, delivery cards inside messages. Type @AI and the assistant answers in the chat.
PIN and GPS on receiving
A one-off receiver gets a link protected by a PIN. Every receiving event carries the time to the minute and a point on the map.
Scanner in the browser
Phone with no QR scanner? Open qr.global.snabkontrol.ru, point the frame at the label and the receiving page opens itself. Nothing to install.
Easier to look than to read about
The live demo has three sites and eight deliveries in every status, from Created to Cancelled, with the AI assistant switched on.
