Every direct competitor we looked at either charges for the people in the field or makes them create an account. That is backwards: the more people scan the label, the more the product is worth to you.

No charge per receipt and no charge per photo. Only total storage is capped.

They receive their own deliveries through the same link, at no cost to you.

A director who just wants the morning digest is not a paid seat.
Soft limits
Over the limit, nothing stops working
Pass a limit and you get a warning, not a lock. Receiving on site never stops: a blocked delivery at the gate would cost you far more than the plan. You can add seats or sites, or move up a plan, at any point in the month.
Trial
30 days of Control, no card
Everything on the Control plan, with no card, no contract and no sales call. When the trial ends the account drops to Free rather than shutting: your data stays, the Finance module and AI switch off.
On your own server
Self-hosted licence
from $39,000 one-off
Installed on your server, under your brand and your domain, with no limit on users or sites. Support and updates are 20% of the licence a year and are not optional: without them the system keeps running on the version you have, with no updates and no AI. The server itself is billed by whoever provides it.

Questions we get asked
Before you talk to us
What counts as an active site?
A site counts as active in a calendar month if at least one delivery or one receiving event happened on it. Sites with nothing moving do not count, so a winter pause does not cost you anything.
What happens when we pass a limit?
You get a warning, not a lock, and receiving on site keeps working. You can add seats or sites, or move up a plan, at any point in the month.
Are foremen and receivers really free?
Yes, on every plan, with no cap and no hidden line on the invoice. They confirm deliveries through a QR link without an app and without an account, so there is nothing to license.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
Seven days of reminders, then 30 days read-only, then the account is archived and we hand the data over on request for another 90 days. Receiving photos are evidence in a dispute with a supplier, so we do not delete them because a card expired.
Can we pay by bank transfer instead of a card?
Yes on Control and Enterprise: we invoice the company and you pay on your usual terms, with a purchase order if your process needs one. Free and Start are card only.
Which electronic invoice formats do you read?
Structured invoices of the UBL and EN 16931 family: Factur-X, ZUGFeRD, XRechnung, UBL and Peppol, plus plain XML. Anything that arrives as a photo or a scanned PDF goes through AI instead.
Can we run it on our own server?
Yes. The self-hosted licence is on this page: your server, your brand, no limit on users or sites, with support and updates billed yearly.
Do you sign a data processing agreement?
Yes. We sign one before your account goes live, and we tell you which services process your data on our behalf.
How do we cancel?
One click in the account, no phone call and no retention script. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for, then the account drops to Free.
How are AI credits counted?
A question in the chat costs 1 credit, reading an invoice or a delivery note costs 2, a quote comparison costs 5. The 1,000 credits on Control are roughly 400 to 500 documents a month.
