This is a plain-language summary while the full policy and the data processing agreement are being finalised with a lawyer. Ask us for the current drafts before you sign anything.

1. Who to contact

Write to or use the demo request form for anything about your data. Full company details are in the contract and available on request.

2. What this site collects

The demo request form: your name, your company and your work email, used only to answer that request.

What you type in the form: whatever you write in the optional message field.

The live demo: a sandbox filled with made-up data. Everything you enter there is wiped on the nightly reset.

We do not collect anything for advertising, and we do not sell or pass your details to anyone else.

3. How long it is kept

Requests from the form: until the conversation is finished, and no longer than one year. Demo sandbox data: until the next nightly reset.

4. Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to with the email address you used. We act within ten working days and confirm when it is done.

5. Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner. Your browser stores one thing locally: whether you chose the light or dark theme. The application itself uses a session cookie, without which signing in cannot work.
