Cookie Policy
This site sets no cookies, so there is nothing to consent to and no banner to click away. Here is exactly what is stored and where.
Draft - pending legal review. This text was written by the product team, not by a lawyer, and it is published for comment while the company behind the product is being set up. It is not part of any contract until we say so in writing, and it will change after the legal review.
Square brackets mark a detail that is not decided yet. We would rather leave the gap visible than fill it with something that is not true.
1. No cookies on this website
There are no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies, no third party scripts and no tracking pixels on these pages. Nothing is loaded from another company's domain: the fonts, the styles and the one small script all come from this site.
Consent is needed for storage that is not strictly necessary for a service you asked for. There is none here, so there is no banner. We would rather remove the tracking than build a polite way to ask for it.
2. What your browser does store
Four small values, in your browser's local storage, kept on your device and never sent to us:
The table scrolls sideways on a narrow screen.
| Key | What it holds | Where it lives | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
| snk-theme | Light or dark theme, so the page does not flash on the next visit | Local storage | Until you clear the browser |
| snk-lang | The language you picked in the switcher | Local storage | Until you clear the browser |
| snk-lang-tip-off | That you closed the note offering another language, so it is not offered again | Local storage | Until you clear the browser |
| snk-fonts | That the text fonts are already cached, so they are used immediately | Local storage | Until you clear the browser |
3. Inside the service
The application behind the sign-in page does use one cookie, supply_sid. It keeps you signed in, it is set only after you sign in, it is marked http-only and secure, and it disappears when you sign out. Without it there is no way to stay signed in, which is what makes it strictly necessary and exempt from consent.
The page a foreman opens from a QR label stores nothing at all unless the phone is asked for the location of the receiving event, which is a question with a visible yes and no.
4. What we do not do
- No following visitors across other websites, and no advertising profiles.
- No session recording, heat maps or scroll tracking.
- No social network buttons that report your visit back to a social network.
- No selling or sharing of anything a browser stored here, because there is nothing to sell.
5. If this ever changes
If we ever add analytics, this page changes first, a real choice appears before anything is set, and the Privacy Policy says what the new tool collects. A banner that appears without this page changing would be a bug worth reporting to [to be completed before launch].
Version 1.0, 18 September 2026. This page always shows the current version; earlier versions are kept and sent on request.
